An application for an exemption shall include:
- (a) the name, address and telephone number of the applicant;
- (b) reference to the section of the by-law from which the exemption is being sought;
- (c) a statement whether the proposed fence or privacy screen will be temporary or permanent; and,
- (d) reasons why the exemption is being sought.
