When official or authorized signs have not been erected,
no person shall drive, move or operate any vehicle on a highway or bridge at a greater rate of speed than the default rate of speed prescribed in the Highway Traffic Act, as amended. PART VII HEAVY TRAFFIC HEAVY TRUCKS PROHIBITED
