An owner of a cat shall, upon choosing to make application for a cat tag, or as otherwise required by the City, produce proof that the cat has current inoculation with an anti-rabies vaccine at the time of application for such cat tag or certify at the time of application that the cat has current inoculation with an anti-rabies vaccine.
