the building, premises, place or part thereof in which the business is carried on does not comply with the provisions of this By-law, or with any other law, regulation or City By-law, including the Zoning By-law, the Building Code, O. Reg. 350/06, as amended and the Fire Code, O.Reg. 213/07, as amended or any successor regulations;
