36. Notwithstanding Section 5.(5) and Schedule II GROUND SIGNS, Sentence 2.(5) the following signage adjacent to the lands described as CONC 9 ND PT 5 (3805 Queen Street East) is permitted:
- a) One ground sign within the Regional right-of-way on Queen Street provided an encroachment agreement is entered into with the Region of Peel. (By-law 60-2013)
