Hamilton By-law 07-170, s. 1(6) — Licensing By-law (Short-Term Rentals)

No operator may operate a body-rub parlour unless he or she first notifies the Director of Licensing of the name of the owner whose body-rub parlour he or she intends to operate and has endorsed upon his or her licence the said owner’s name, and every operator before operating any other body-rub parlour shall notify the Director of Licensing of his or her intention so to do and have his or her licence endorsed accordingly.
