Where the application is for a Master Warm Air Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation installers licence, an application shall be made to the to the Director of Licensing and shall include:

• It shall be an offence for any Heating, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation Contractor to have any Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation work performed by him or her when there is not in his or her employ a licensed Master Warm Air Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation installer to be responsible for the work whose name and address have been furnished to the Director of Licensing, in writing.
