Where the application is for a Master Warm Air Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation installers licence, an application shall be made to the to the Director of Licensing and shall include:
- It shall be an offence for a Master Warm Air Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation installer to carry on the work of a Master Warm Air Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation installer for more than one Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Contractor for the same period of time unless authorized in writing by the Director of Licensing for a maximum of 60 days or by the Licensing Tribunal for a longer period.
