- 5.1 Where a Person contravenes this By-law, an Officer may issue a Work Order to the Person of the Property where the contravention occurred, directing them to do the work set out in the Work Order to correct the contravention
- 5.2 Any costs incurred by the City pursuant to subsection 5.1 may be added to the tax roll and collected in the same manner as property taxes
