Subject to subsections (5) and (10),
no person shall park a heavy vehicle or a vehicle exceeding six and one-half (6.5) metres in length or a school bus, or permit a heavy vehicle or a vehicle exceeding six and one-half (6.5) metres in length or school bus to remain parked on a highway at any time.
