STOPPING PROHIBITED IN SPECIFIED PLACES - SIGNS – Special Events
14. No person shall stop a vehicle or permit a vehicle to remain stopped on any highway at the side and in between the limits contrary to official or authorized signs erected for the purposes and duration of a special event. PARKING, STANDING AND STOPPING EXEMPTIONS - FUNERAL CORTEGES AND BUSES
